We started adding walnut stained beadboard in the dining area with a nice cap that has leaves. Its really nice.

But had to stop and start another project before we can continue. In the kitchen we took down that awful original cabinet next to the sink and unloaded the entire other cabinet.
We put all the items on the dining room table which is now in the living room and also on the bakers rack. Wow, what a job! We still have no cooling in the house. We are really perspiring alot while we work. Dad sure is a good sport though and never complains about the heat. Amazing.
