2 T almond paste or butter
1 T flaxseed oil
10 packets Truvia or Stevia
1/4 C Agave Nectar Syrup
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t baking sod
2 C oats
1/2 C sliced almonds
1 lg egg
3/4 C whole wheat flour
1 T cinnamon
1/2 C vanilla whey powder
1 C dried cherries
1/2 t salt
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 *


Beat together applesauce, almond butter or paste, flaxseed oil, truvia or stevia powder sugar, and agave nectar.
Add flour, baking soda, salt, pepper, and whey powder. Beat thoroughly. Stir in Oats, cherries, and sliced almonds.
Mix well. Drop the batter by large tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Divide dough into 18 cookies. Flatten cookie with back of spoon if you can.

Bake for 16-18 minutes or until brown. Remove from oven. Cool and freeze or store. Make several batches of this because these cookies are really good and healthy. Store in plastic container. Each Cookie contains 128 calories. They count as 1 protein and 1 natural snack.

We enjoy them every morning for breakfast and drink our green tea with lemon to start the day. MMMMMMMMMMMMM good.
