UNCLE RUSS- AT THE POLICE OLYMPICS RENO, NV


This is Phillip's older brother Russell. He recently retired as Chief of Police and is now living the high life.  Uncle Russ's  team took a Silver Medal in the Police Olympics in Reno, NV Congratulations Russ!
